COMMON QUESTIONS
Do I need to book, or can I just walk in?
We work by appointment, but we keep two chairs for walk-ins each day. Showing up unbooked works outside peak hours (12pm–2pm and 6pm–8pm). To be safe, book on WhatsApp.
What if I'm running late?
There's a 10-minute tolerance. After that, your slot moves to the walk-in queue and we fit you in as soon as a chair frees up — no extra charge, but no guaranteed time either.
Can I choose my barber?
Always. When booking you pick between Rafael, Diego, Lucas and Thiago. Plan members get priority to lock in their preferred barber for every slot.
What payment methods do you take?
Pix, debit, credit in up to 2 installments, and cash. Monthly plans are billed on recurring credit card and can be cancelled anytime, no fees.
Do you work with curly and coily hair?
Yes. Diego is a specialist in 3A to 4C curl patterns, and every barber in the house goes through texture-specific training. Come on in.
