By accessing and using the Basely platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms described herein, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Basely is a website creation platform using artificial intelligence. We offer tools to generate, edit and publish professional websites through natural language commands and visual interfaces.

3. Registration and Account

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

By using Basely, you agree to:

• Not create illegal, offensive content or content that violates third-party rights
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Not attempt to access systems or data of other users
• Not overload the platform infrastructure with abusive usage
• Respect the limits of your subscription plan

5. Intellectual Property

Websites created through the platform belong to you. However, the technology, source code, design and Basely brand remain the exclusive property of EmpireGlobal Group. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our platform.

6. Plans and Payments

Basely offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancellations can be made at any time, but there is no prorated refund for unused periods. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance and, in exceptional cases, experience temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

Basely is provided "as is". We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if there is a violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or notification on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil for users residing in Brazil, and by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA) for users residing in the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the user's place of residence.

For California residents, the categories of personal information collected and the purposes are listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
